Those of us who attended the Mass and Dinner at the Migrant Camp in Burlington last night (August 22nd) were blessed and inspired by the experience. We learned about the amazing works of the Youth Migrant Project, and witnessed the youth of Sacred Heart Parish serving and worshiping with the migrant families, experiencing Jesus' call to a life of loving service. The children in the Camp were so filled with love, for us and for each other. Fr. Jose shared his amazing, faith-filled journey to the priesthood, which included several years of field work similar to these migrant families.
